Due to a lot of people requesting (and me beeing one of them) I decided to remix the wonderful model by jonathanrswift to fit directly on to the MK3S.
Airflow is untouched!
"only" remodeled the suspension to enable direct use on the original MK3S. You just need to unmount the "Print Fan Support" and use that same screw to secure the new fan-mount in the same hole.
I would suggest to reverse the direction of the screw in the angled fan-support on the right; (slot for M3n nut is modeled) Makes assembly more easy! Use a M3 10 from the spare parts bag. (Foto)
Dont forget to insert the M3ns nut in the slot (for the noctua fan screw)
Prints without support when printed in mounting position.

Due to the fact that my "second" fan has not yet arrived i could only test the "mounting" and the "single-fan-performance" which is interestingly quite good...

Delivery of the second fan took longer than expected, but now its here and i could do extensive testing of the dual-fan-shroud.
Heres the verdict... I am very impressed and very happy that i tried this thing!

The FDM-Kickstarter-Torture-Test came out absolutely beautiful. All the "pins" just fell out of it when i took it of the bed. The spikes are 4cm long and "ruler straight". The 15deg overhang looks really good. wow...

To really challenge the fan i reduced the size by 50% making it only 60mm high and having only 2.3mm diameter rods.
Last is the 55 to 85 degree overhang test ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1564848 )
only the 80 and 85 degree overhang did not really "look good"... To recheck i printed a 70 degree corcscrew wich worked just fine ...
All were printed using Amazon Red Basic PLA. The FDM Test and Corcscew with stock 0.2mm QUALITY setting; The lattice cube using approx. 75% speed due the miniature.
Settings i used: (PrusaSlicer 2.0.0)
0.2mm QUALITY MK3
Avoid crossing perimeters
Detect bridging perimeters
0,15 Z hop (Lift Z)
Print time 2h 10m
