tried to laser cut this but the dice section was cut too close to edges and it basically fell apart when I picked it up

I changed the design a bit, and now there is a version with thicker edges (about three times as thick). So it should be easier to cut now.

Too bad, that's very strange! :-(

Was it the part between the edge of the tower and the dice hole? It is rather thin there, like 2 mm or something. On my laser it didn't cause any problems, but I had to handle it somewhat carefully while assembling.

If that is the problematic part, I could redesign it slightly and increase the width of those parts....

It looks great. Just wondering what sort of size this is, as when I imported it in my laser program it came out and said it was 9.51mm x 9.51mm wide for one octagon. Thanks

It should be 241 mm across from one straight edge to the opposite one. The dice holders are ~20 mm wide.

241 mm is about 9,5 inches. So, I guess the units are mixed up somehow.

Thanks when i imported the files in inches I did not need to make any changes.

Hey this looks great and thanks for the mention.
