I thought this was a great idea, tried it but I failed as the 'legs were too long and as I had read in a comment the wheel was difficult to rotate and the writer asked for a solution. I tried to accommodate that request so...
I added a spindle a M3 bolt (head off, about 14mm long) and 2 x M3 nuts
I widened the leg supports as well
I have included the original wheels thanks to Haku3D
Hope this works for you
Generic PLA 1.75
What ever suites you
I used Brim @ 8mm to keep the supports from moving
All parts can be printed together, but...
I printed the wheels first then the legs
Trim the Bolt to required size...
While the legs are printing, remove the scurff from the printed wheels and fit the nuts & bolt (may need to lean up the hole with a reamer)
By the time this is done the legs should be printed, again clean off the scurff, fit the side supports to the nuts (may need to rearrange the position of the nuts (slightly)
