I originally designed this case for my print server (repetier server pro) running on the Raspberry Pi. I thought I share the files here with you.

For the backcover use supports. All other elements do not need any supports.
You also find some gcodes already included. Those are for the Prusa i3 MK3 using PETG.
Before you start assembling your new case, you need to cut M3 threads into the frame, the backcover and the topcover. There is a "M3" printed in the parts showing you on which level you need to cut the M3 threads in.
In order to assemble the frame to the Original Raspberry Pi Touchscreen (7 inch), please use M3x6 countersunk screws.
Best would be if you used black screews, however this is just a style thing.

To assemble the backcover move it over the Pi and slightly let it down. Watch out that you do not damage the connectors at the front. Once down, use M3x8 countersunk screws to tighten the backcover to the frame.
To assemble the backcover use M3x8 countersunk screws as well. The cover has a small "50x50" VESA included. So you can make an adapter to mount the case on any VESA stand
