Em... 2 holes on the right side... There should be screws screwed in the rail? If yes, how?

They are there so you can reach the screw to mount the board.

On another note, I see a sketch called "Reconstructed-Sketch14" in your fusion 360 file that would possibly fix the issue for both the USB and MicroSD, but it seems that sketch was never used for anything in the fusion 360 file or the STL.

I did fix it but maybe i did something wrong? Thanks for the note, ill check it out!

The usb port is off by about 2.5mm, and the microSD slot is off by about 0.5mm compared to the current bigtreetech SKR v1.3 board.

Comments deleted.

What did you use for make longer cables?

Jst connectors and a crimping tool.

Thanks! And what Fans dd you used?

Noctua 12v with a buck converter ( lm2596)

No way!!! I fixed this people tested and showed me it was good.... damn it sorry dude

what should I do?

I would cut it out for now. I gtg to work now but I'll male sure to recheck and if needed fix this issue
I could swear I already did like 2 weeks ago... if you would like to make a new 1... I think you got an old download but dont try before I checked! Starting to doubt myself

no checking every time.. ok waiting thank you

Where do fans get power?

It's down in the comments

To the 2 pin left of your motor connectors

What is the speed(voltage) of box fan Lm2596 ?

I forgot what i used... not to much is needed

hi. how much support infill?

are you able to put either a 60mm fan or 92mm fan in the covers please

Hotend fan goes to HE1 but in adv.h @ #define E0_AUTO_FAN_PIN you have to change -1 to FAN1_PIN. The Part cooler is the blue yellow wire in the picture and the board fan goes into the 2pin next to your motors

Do you by any chance got the pinout for the SKR v1.3 board in the Ender-3? Like where do I connect the hotend fan? and where the parts fan, etc?? :-D

All known problems are solved.

Hi, I printed yesterday and the case didn't match with the cover. Ender 3 cover , i downloaded 09/06/2019 (d/m/y)

Nooo really? I have no clue how that could happen. You got a picture?

I printed the box (Ender-3_SKR_v1.3_box) and now need to print the cover, just by importing the the box and the cover (Ender-3_Cover_Single_fan) to Tinkercad they doesn't seem to fit

The cover overlaps the frame on all sides but the front to help lift the box up so it wont vibrate on the table

I just printed the Ender3 SKR version and the USB port opening is about about 2.3mm to far to the left. I have using the BIQU SKR 1.3 from BigtreeTech.

I just triple checked. After the last update the measurements are spot on and it was tested. Again I'm very sorry I uploaded a wrong model!

Just printed the Ender SKR v1.3 and the usb and sdcard opening are skewed to the left

Ahh man that sucks! I'll go check it out... it's weird, I have 2 people showing its spot on...

How do I print the slot for the SD card? I only can print it with thin walls (line width 0.4) and the support doesn't generate there :/

You dont need support there or in the tunnel. Just bridging on. Only support needed for under the y axis ceiling as shown in the picture below

Sunon 80x80x15 fan. I think mounting holes location and diameter are the same for all 80x80 fans.

Sure Ill make 1 soon

Will you be able to make a cover that will fit the standard ender 3 box?
The box with the 3 screws

No, the box is to small to fit the skr and the USB and sd are on a different spot. In fact it's a whole different kind of usb

TrickyBuilds, just think about changing top cover fans with one 80. There is a lot of good 80mm fans 24V rated.

All add multiple covers the coming days. The fans can get thicker then 15mm tough. Alot ask for 120/140 But those are just to thick. If you got 1 in mind feel free to send me some measurements.

Hey there! You've done a really nice job with this design. It embraces an OEM look to it. Thanks for the addition of the mounting for the HW-411 style LM2596 buck converters. I think that there's more and more people wanting to update their Ender-3s to the SKR board, I think your design will be popular.

What modifications will be required to make this work with an Ender-3 Pro? Can I simply adjust for the increased width of the y axis?

This is the extra space I need. I'll need to get creative but it can be done. I'd have to move the board I lil to the left

I'd have to check if there is room enough for the last driver. I'll get back to you in an hour!
