How do you attach the jaw? I can’t figure out how it moves by the persons head

I use hand sculpted pegs made from Polycaprolactone to attach the lower jaw to the head base. Polycaprolactone pellets melt at 62°C. Some brand-names for Polycaprolactone are Plaast, Hand Moldable Plastic, Mold-Your-Own Grips, InstaMorph, Shapelock, Friendly Plastic or Polymorph.

Use a heat gun at low heat setting to heat the material up to 62°C. Stop heating when it turns transparent. Do not let is get too hot - otherwise, it will get extremely sticky. If you want to sculpt it by hand (warning: it's dangerous if the material is too hot) make sure your skin is smooth (using hand lotion helps to prevent it from sticking to your skin).

A strip of foam that rests against the wearer's jaw is enough to make it easily movable:

I just printed your other canine head, the toon #44 one, but this is much closer to what I was looking for. Guess I'm printing a second one. Figures as soon as I pop it off the print bed I see you've uploaded this one.
