What orientation should this be printed at? Also not sure how this can be printed without any supports? Please help?

Hi! Thanks! It should be printed with the lid laying flat on the heat bed(like shown in the video). you don't need support, but you might get some saging like shown in the video if you dont have bridgeing nailed down. I used 5% with 5mm distance to the nearest wall, and got perfect results.

Wanted to ask - is this print scalable. Have you tried printing at say 50% size? :)

You should definitely try to print the test piece at 50% scale first. Remember that the tolerances get half the size too! You can compensate for the shrinkage in tolerance with "Horizontal expansion compensation", I would set it to -0.2 as an initial starting point, and fine tune from there :)
