Hi everyone it's me Yukon! I have been working on this TVC system for model rockets for a few months now! I have poured in a ton of effort to create and perfect it, so I really hope you like it! The design is fully open sourced so try building your own! The deal is everyone who builds it will report issues and updates to each other to further improve on the design! The BARK Flight Computer designs will come in later.

this gimbal is designed to work with M3.5 M4 or #8-32 1/2 inch screws. If you use M4 or #8-32 half-inch screws, drill all the holes with a 3.8 mm drill bit. More detail in the tutorial video coming soon!
For higher temperature resistance, the motor mount can be printed in PETG
New Motor Tube! It helps retain the motor better and the dimensions help the TVC gimbal achieve greater accuracy!
K-9 TVC has been static fired! It worked like a champ!

I have included a 29 mm to 24 mm motor adapter so this system can be used for E class motors. Also both the inner and outer gimbal have been reinforced to better yet survive more extreme loads.
Just some fun info:
The version that's been out here for a while was actually V5, then later updated to V6 , V1-4 were too weak and pitched. V5 was the first ever working TVC system, and V6 was a upgrade to areas that failed under firing from testers. V7 is a fix to every bug encountered so far, and the one I'm pretty happy with :)
