Bonjour votre prototype m intéresse beaucoup pour un projet airsoft . Pour le montage avais vous un fichier du fusil assembler en entier ?
Au passage super boulot je suis fan

cordialement

Hello your prototype interests me a lot for an airsoft project. For mounting have you a rifle file to assemble in full?
In passing super job I'm a fan

cordially

Thanks, this is now my primary for life.

how many of each assembly pin do you need to print?

Two of the longer ones, and one of the shorter ones (I think)

FYI - MK3 can fit everything according to the PrusaSlicer2.0 except Barrel2.stl. I mean, it could fit it if I turned it diagonally, but I think that'll be a terrible print on a barrel. Gonna try printing it and just cutting off ~1cm of it and see how it works.

It should be fine to just chop the top down to whatever it needs to print... possibly you can just scale it on the z axis to fit

MHP - How did you print the lowers? I generally put the inside of the grip down, but that makes it mostly support as a base and it's a pretty unstable print. Did you print it vertically?

Everything is already in the proper orientation, at least in my opinion. You'll DEFINITELY want to print those vertical, because you need maximum strength for the trigger pivot, as well as the gear pivot, so those need to be printed in layers parallel to the bed, and not concentric circles. That also applies to the flywheel mounts on the upper, lower, and magwell

How big of a lipo can you cram in it? Or what do you use to run it?

It will fit a 2200mah nanotech 2s for sure

What size screws does this blaster use? Thanks and I cant wait to get started printing this thing.

It uses m2.6 self tapping (standard nerf size) screws. You'll also need a washer head version of that screw for the main gear

Also what type of solenoid would you recommend to use because you mentioned a solenoid variant of this blaster?

This is what I planned that function for, but it will be more limited in it's uses than the geared pusher. Although it can be mounted forward for half dart mags too

Sweet. Sorry to spam you with questions but do you know what legnth screws I need? I want to get started on this as soon as possible.

Length isn't too important for the most part. Probably 10-14 mm for most parts, although you'll want one that's quite a bit longer than that for the trigger reinforcement. at least 1" probably

Okay thanks for answering all my questions. I am super excited for this project. Thanks for giving me something to make for the summer.

Do you think an Ender 3 can print this?

I am wondering the same thing?

Thanks, Heath! :) I'll see what I can fit with your original files via my slicer, then try out Meaker's version for those I can't fit or print in a good orientation.

Best printable blaster ever? I think so.
