I wanted to use JackWaterfall's E3D V6 X-Carriage with my TronXY X3A so I remixed some models to hold the X-axis rods in the right place. You'll need to get x-belt tensioner and z bracket parts I didn't include in the originals.
Thank you to all the source creators, I wouldn't have been able to get this all going from scratch!
Printed with a 0.8mm nozzle at 0.4mm layer height. It would probably print cleaner with a 0.4mm nozzle but i like to print fast with the larger nozzle.
I printed all this without supports, but supports might help some of the overhang features around the steppers or the x-axis endstop mounting slot.
Some cleanup will be needed before use, i used a drill and file to cleanup screw holes and overhangs.
The extruder mount is a little thin but that was required to fit the bondtech knockoff i'm using with the screws i have, just don't over tighten it and it should be OK.
The belt squeaks a bit in use because it's rubbing the x carriage. I think it's because the idler bearing is too large and it spreads the belts a little too much. I'll get a properly sized idler bearing eventually and modify the model if the belts still rub.
