A small nozzle extruding all he can from his tiny brain, i think it's a metaphor for 3d printing, but i might be tired. i use it as a filament sample print.
It may need a tiny bit of sanding/trimming if your tolerances/calibration is not bang on. or just shove it really hard and hope for the best

you may wish to print 2 of the bases at a time or something else of a equivalent height at the same time to make sure the thin base stick prints ok/ has time to cool in between layers
