I do not have the original hot end housing so this will be a fun challenge, Any chance you can make another version with out the filament run out sensor and no 12 mm sensor? I am talking only direct drive here.. I have the CR-10 that I added a dual z mod too so I don't have the filament run out sensor and I am not interested in the 12 mm sensor, thank you for thanking the time to read this. Cheers!

Hi, if you have the software Fusion 360 i added the .step file, so you can download this part and modify it freely for your needs.
I unfortunately do not have time to modify it...

When you say 12mm sensor, are you talking about the filament sensor? does it work with the stock sensor? thanks!

Hello, when i say 12mm sensor, i am talking about the proximity sensor for the bed level.
And for the filament sensor, it is the stock sensor.

I have been thinking about adding a bed leveling sensor to this thing but just haven't gotten around to it. Thanks for the quick response. hopefully I can get this setup over the weekend. I am not a fan of bowden tube setups.

I didn't felt comfy with the originals Z motors, i changed them for bigger ones, felt that mine skipped some steps...
I'm not sure it is related, but yet i did change them to be sure

For the spool, i simply took the original spool holder and mounted it on top of the frame itself with the proper scerw system that is going in the 2020 aluminium extrusions.
And for the filament sensor, it is inside the top part on the pictures.
