This is a robotic car with arm controlled by Arduino. Some improvements were added respect to the former version such as higher speed and higher force in arm.
Printed with the following settings: 0.3mm layer thickness 1,5mm wall, top and bottom thickness and 20% filling. Only rotational base of arm must have support.
The parts are assembled using M3 or 1/8’’ bolts with washer and 2 nuts for the movable part of the arm.
The electronics used are: Arduino UNO, L298N H-Bridge and a HC-06 Bluetooth module
The power source is: two 18650 3.7V li-ion batteries.
The motors are: 4 dc motors and 4 sg-90 servos.
Optionally a ultrasound distance sensor can be added.
The Arduino code to control this robot through a cell phone or a tablet using an Android app called "BlueTooth Serial Controller" (or similar) is attached to the thing files. The control is performed by sending ASCII characters every 10ms through BlueTooth. The list of character is the following: w: forward, a: left, s: stop, d: right, x: backward, t: arm forward, f: arm left, g: center arm, h: arm right, b: arm backward, u: arm up, j: arm middle, m: arm down, i: close claw, p: open claw.
