here is a wall mounted flexible camera arm with a ball head and a standard camera mount. You will need a few M5 / 40 Hex bolts with wingnuts and big washers and two short M3 Bolts for the Ball Head.
The arms are angled in 15 degree increments because of the circular ripples. These rippels are exactly 0.4mm in height, so you should print this thing with a layer hight of 0.2mm.

I installed it in my enclosure and I needed a solution where I could easily remove the camera arm to access my printer. I have mounted my Logitech C920 to it.
There are a few different arms included and in addition to that I added the Fusion 360 File, so that you can easily adapt this to your needs.
Printing Orientation must be adapted to the individual piece you are going to print.
Lay them on the side. The holes should be printed horizontally.
Lay the side with the non-recessed hole flat to the surface, the hole with the hex-inset should be printed horizontally.
Camera Ball and Mount:
Turn them so that the Ball Part is up and the mount part is bottom.
You should not need any supports for any of the parts.
