really nice. For me the split model is the best one. We don't need support :)

But why you don't create one stl per part ? I cant inporte and print the stl split model in s3d.

What do you thinks about this idee ? -> to integrate the pins direcly, i guess the pins are too small for 3 years kids ? they will loose the pins also lol :p and we don t need to integrate support for this pins :)

I have just uploaded one-part-per-file STLs. (Except for the pins, that's a quick print.)

I used superglue to glue the pieces of the split body together. The pins are just centering aids so you glue everything together nice and square, and won't ever be visible to the kids :-)

By the way, Slic3r is free and can split (and otherwise manipulate) parts from STL models. Makes your life a lot easier! :-)

ok i never tried Slic3r just cura and S3d. i prefer the interface of S3d. but ironing is missing... that s why sometimes also cura ;)

I guess that i will not glue the part. The kids can then assemblate and desassemblate all part. I guess he will have fun for that :)

One more time nice job. I hope that s will work on my ender3 :)

Well, the idea also is to glue in the driver's seat. And the pins are not really designed to allow repeated assembly/disassembly ...
