U1JO - Mini Control Box Cylinder

Hi. Nice design. But can you share source files?

Sure!!! https://cad.onshape.com/documents/150feca43f5e9f9a23dd2b7f/w/a11843e7ee64a146e6056bf0/e/6f5a7800d86311b7d0ea25a1 in any case I will upload a new design 50% less big (save some filament :) ) as soon I have some time.
I just working to adapt my Ender 3 for laser engraving :P

I have just found your box-shaped Control Box and I'm trying to deside which one to use :)

Any pictures of a completed print?

Hi Qwuille!!! I will post probably tomorrow the new version 40 percent small but more or less the same capacity. Printed and working on assembly. It's awesome!!!

Awesome. And another Onshape designer. Onshape rocks!

Nice remix of my PC Case)) cant wait to see it assembled)
btw what the purpose of big spacer between top grill and fan mount?

Do you have an image of that arrangement of the components on the various pieces? Or a link to the OnShape project? I'm not quite seeing where my SKR 1.3 fits.

Sure!!! https://cad.onshape.com/documents/150feca43f5e9f9a23dd2b7f/w/a11843e7ee64a146e6056bf0/e/6f5a7800d86311b7d0ea25a1 I have just installed an MKS sBase board and plan to move my SKR 1.3 soon as I have all new hotend head ready. Any suggestions are welcome!!!!

Thanks! My only feedback so far would be to add some small standoffs/risers so that the boards aren't mounted up against the frame. I'm not sure how much height the cylinder allows for, though.

I can create another version with this spaces but for easy printed was removed, I use inserts with some space and this create the enough space. I will provide some photos sooner, I think better solution and inserts improve a lot how to fix devices to this kind of designs as usually often you need to replace components.

Printing individual supports/spacers makes sense; I ended up going that route. I did have to reposition some of the holes to get them to line up for my SKR 1.3, but all is well now and I have the board and RPi mounted up.

Great!!! I just added some images to the thing as reference... currently very busy working and I hope in next weeks I can start to migrate all electronic to the new box and add more images. As you comment the holes for the SKR1.3 are not accurate, seems the model choosed as reference was not good... I will try to fix as soon as I have some time.
Please don´t forget to post some images about your setup!!!
