Thanks for sharing your work. This model does not work for my ender 3. it has a 40x40 guiderail for the Y axis, and your box assumes a smaller one. Thus both boxes don't fit.
It would be good to note this on your comments, to save other people a 10 hour print.

What fan and blower are you using?

I'm having difficulty getting this to print with all the circle vents in the bottom, and suggestions? Or a remix with line style vents? Thanks.

Hey, that's a nice mod!

Which sqash ball feet are you using? Can't find that design...

i have 0 skill in cad, is it possible for a new to simple adapt this to ender 3 pro? Need to widen the gap at Y axis

Why did you add the insulation and what did you use for the insulation?

It simply prevents hot air from being drawn in by the fans. The bed's heater should also turn on less frequently. Insulation can be easy found under phrase "Insulation Cotton For Reprap"

Thank you for responding. Are you planning to release your project files?

I've printed a lot of my mods in red, but after seeing your setup I'm really digging the black "Shadow" mods! Going to be some reprinting in my future. Thank you for your work and inspiration. This will be the enclosure I use for my new mainboard

Could you share your project files for top of the box? I would like to use bigger fan for it, from my experience with tmc2208 they need a lot of cooling so it would be great to modify it a little :D
Anyway, great project, I'm printing it right now!

If your TMC2208 are so hot it means you have too much Vref. Please look at Watterott website to get more info. Set Vref properly and you will be able to hold heatsinks in fingers without pain. My settings are 0,63V for XYZ and 0,75V for extruder and everything works perfect. I have TMCs manufactured by FYSETC (version 1.2).

I wonder if would be better to change rounded vent holes to vertical/horizontal slots. The air circulations remain the same, but the printing time should decrease.

Great design! Any chance you can upload the source files so I can customize something for my needs? Thanks!

This project is dope as I adore it and I'd like to offer you some financial support!,contact me

cheers :)

Cześć, gratuluję zajebistego Endera :) Nieźle to wygląda, sam dążę do podobnego wyglądu.
Możesz mi powiedzieć co to za ekstruder? Jak się sprawdza?
Ps.Zajrzyj na mój profil w "Liked" na pewno coś znajdziesz ciekawego :)

Hej, szukaj pod hasłem "Bulldog extruder". Sprawdza się rewelacyjnie. Jedyne co warto do niego dołożyć to: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3602421

Very nice design. Would it be possible to add additional mounting points to fit Raspberry Pi 3 B/B+?

Cześć :)
Mounting points are the same for A+ / B / B+ models. The B/B+ mainboard is simply longer in front, so angled USB cable or custom plug might be required to fit the case.

could you share some links to the electronic components, e.g. Mosfets?

Hi. Photos of all components are included in .zip file. I have ordered SD reader from China. Mosfet can be found on Polish market under phrase "mosfet drukarka 3d". The rest of components can be easily found just by their names too.

Where to find that's belt tensioners ?

Please read description. I have provided URLs to all upgrades. Tensioners are:
