Thanks to MrTheKod for the re-remix!
The original re-remix file had some internal geometry issues and needed to be repaired before it could be printable. I made some changes to make it print more easily, faster, and with less material and supports.
I started with the 123k vert version and repaired it with NetFabb. I've included that repaired original file to compare against my changes. I then used TinkerCad to insert some geometry inside the model hollows to fill the voids. This was mostly on the shoulder blades and chest plates. I also went ahead and added some support under the arms so that it doesn't need so much support material and prints more cleanly.
In general the changes are incredibly hard to notice without looking very closely. (see photos above) And the improved print time and material usage is pretty substantial. 386g and 18 hours before, versus 315g and 14 hours on the redone file.
With these changes, the only areas that require supports are now the chin and the upper hand. By using tree supports in Cura these can easily be supported from touching only the build plate, and the supports come away cleanly.
I've included the Cura .3MF project file that includes my print parameters and supports generated. You may need to change the extrusion width as I have a 0.6 nozzle.
Upon request I've added a version with a drain hole.
Added pictures showing where to put the support blockers in Cura and where the tree supports grow. Kind of fitting that he uses tree supports, no? 8^D
15%, 2 walls, 5 top and bottom
Cura Tree supports used from build plate only. Support blocker placed for everything below and above his chin as no other areas require it.
