Cold air is perfect for the single duct.
Fast as possible. mine is .2
Clas Olsen ABS
Add a 2 mm brim
Position the duct hole on the z axis in your slicer you use. I use Slic3r
Soldering together the halves
Tear away the thin support material that was modeled in.
I use a soldering iron to melt the 2 halves together. 5 minute job.
Attach the half to the machine
-Used the tear away support material to mend the 2 halves together for a small soldering iron. If you have a more powerful soldering iron, with a wider tip, just run up the seams and it works great.
Note make sure you do inside and again it is bet to do it on the machine.
Also make sure you melt a little extra plastic to stop vibration on the support rails. PCB marks are on the bottom of the rails. If one doesnt show, it is on the seam covered by the brim. I just use unused 1.75mm ABS filiment, melt it on each side i marked and make a groove for the PCB to fit. This is to be done after you soldered together the halves.
