I’m trying to order this printed. This is my first attempt at ordering something like this. Perhaps it’s my phone but it’s circular, I never get to an order form despite allegedly using the third party printing app. Please let me know if someone can help.

This is to be used to support an axle swap for the MSX CFX-W Unimog I built. Since it’s heavy with the steel chassis brazed the MXT axles explode every pack.

I printed it, but it not works as I expected.
Since the servo is not at the center of the axle, it hits the chassis at the driver side when the suspension is compressed at this side. If the servo will be moved for the center of the axle it will work better.

Updated with servo centered version. Give it a shot, PM me if it needs any adjustment.

Thanks for the feedback. I had originally designed it to be used in a tube chassis buggy so frame rails never a problem. I will take a look and see what I can come up with.

What is the purpose of this design, what problem does it solve?

Thank you for this, I'll be installing and testing with video and I'd like to put a link to this in the description. If there is one mod to this I'd like to see, it would be a piece added to the print ( Preferably a separate piece to bolt on to the current piece ) to use the link screw to give it a bit more support under the back of the servo. I printed two, one in red PLA and one in black PETG for the video install and test.

I considered it, but my testing showed the current design was sufficient. Please test it and let me know, there's always room for improvements.
