I am already running a Butterworth setup for my indirect laser sensor with the bearing etc (upgrade for my MK3). Can any of those parts be used with this or do I need to print out everything again ?

There are some small bits shared, but I cannot definitely recall which. Main pieces get replaced. My advice is to go ahead and reprint.

The last thing you want is to have your printer torn down only to discover you are missing a piece because you tried to save on reprinting.

One issue with the butterworth design is the bottom heatsink fin has a gap like the original mk3s extruder. Jonniezg tightened this gap up. Please see the following link for more info https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3428292

Any chance you want to tighten this gap up so air doesn't blow down onto the top of the heater block?

Prusa MK3S Tighter Extruder Body (R4x1) - TESTED

B5 update has the heatsink fin opening tightened to 22.4 mm.

Also fixed some bad motor fitment issues in the retrograde motor plates. Wasn't allowing enough for sag during printing of bridged surface.
