Other than the obvious size difference, why the thin tread and the regular tread?

It's a minor detail, but the thin tread goes on the inside of the base, while the regular tread goes on the outer edge.
So there are 4 treads on the front and back. The two middle treads are the thin ones.
200% sounds like a great size to print.

Just for a laugh, I going to try and print your robot at 500%,, I have started with the head, I will post it when finished, it should stand about 1 foot tall, lol
Sounds great.
Someone else did that (https://www.thingiverse.com/DrFrankensteam/about) and it turned out really well.
He said it stood about 12.5 inches tall and did take a long time to print.
