This is an iris style valve, for my shop dust collection system (SShopDC) made of 50mm water pipes. This pipes are cheap and common in Europe with many different tees and reductions. With this unique valve, you can easily open/close inlet without disconnecting your machines like saw, sanders, jointers etc.
Here is the assembly process and how it works: https://youtu.be/ve5eOnKdDcU
You need to print every part once and five times the iris.
You also need five m3 screws, 20mm long with nuts.
3mm drill and some sand paper may by useful.
I have developed many others jigs for this dust collection system, and I will publish them slowly here: https://www.thingiverse.com/Saur0n/collections/sshopdc
On attached diagram, inlets are marked with red circle.
Print everything without supports. The iris part, looks like it may need the support - bit it works fine for me, without it - placed like in stl file.
I use mostly PLA, but I guess any filament will do.
You may want to drill the holes - to make them unified and clean for screws. Also some sanding may be needed for smooth movement of bigger connector and handle.
