Hello dear zisoft. Can you post link for parts to buy ? Like fans etc. Thank you

You Sir, are an absolute Genius! Was looking for something like this!
Also got the Golathius Extruder installed but failed with the Air Flow. Will print your variant soon. This is brilliant.
I got a question. Where did you get these cable chains?
Thanks in advance.
Appreciate it

Thank you very much :-)

These are standard cable chains 10x20. You can get them really cheap at ebay, amazon, ...

Its not worth to print the cable chains because they never run as smooth.

my anycubic i3 mega S comes with a slightly fatter titan clone :c wish I could make it own . maybe i can design my own. if I decide to go and buy a e3d titan how much z height does this make you lose?

The maximum print height is about 190mm. Depends on the bed leveling height.
I never print objects of that height though.

What hotend fan do I need for that? Also, are you planning on making a version with BLTouch support?

BLTouch added.

Finally got to test this design a few days ago. Unfortunately, my titan clone is a few millimeters thicker than the original, and also the rotating gear is placed a few millimeters to the right so the extruder definitely did not want to fit in the carriage. Given the fact that my printer was already torn apart, I couldn't print anything else and had to do some extensive cutting and grinding to get that bad boy to fit. It doesn't look good but it's mostly covered by the fans and the extruder itself, and most importantly, it works.

The BLTouch mount also works fine, it's mounted on the correct height and works flawlessly with the Z_PROBE_OFFSET set to -1.5.

I'm working on trying to remix the design to fit extruders of any width, but it's actually quite a difficult task. Will post a remix if I somehow manage to succeed though. Thanks for your work anyway, the design is extremely good!

Perfect, thank you! Will test it soon and let you know about the results

Its a 40x40x10 fan.

I recommend buying a good one because you already have a cheap, loud fan in your printer :-)

A Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX is a good choice, very silent.

I don't use BLTouch but I will look if it will fit.

Great work! Looks amazing. One question: do you think it's possible to make this compatible with a (mirrored) Bondtech BMG extruder? I'm using a BMG clone at the moment because I had a lot of problems with my Titan clone. It would be great because I rather have a direct setup than a bowden one but I don't want to go back to a Titan (clone)

The Bondtech BMG looks like a quite similar design. Should be possible with some modifications.
What kind of problems do you have with the Titan?

My extrusion was very inconsistent. I think my clone was just bad. But I prefer the overall design of the BMG so I rather stick with that instead of buying a new Titan
