OK, I was planning to make a remix of this thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2763931 to fit the swappable hot end https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3547740, but it turned out that I did not have to remix anything. Still the credit goes to that designer because I just added it to my swappable hot end. I only printed the duct and the fang and added a mount to the swappable hot end holder so the carriage plate is not needed.
I use the Micro Swiss hot end as my main hot end and made the swappable hot end for it so I had my stock hot end still left. I wanted to swap these out and use the stock hot end for PLA/PETG and the Micro Swiss for Nylon because that is why I bought that in the first place. I bought some fans and a thermistor and soldered everything according to the schematics as shown in the swappable hot end thing. I already had a heater element laying around so I used that one. However, this turned out to be a 24V version so it did not get warm enough (let's pretend that never happened). I was not able to test this, but I was able to make pictures and pretend everything works perfect!

In case you were wondering how I mounted the part fan at the top: I used a vice to press some PLA filament in it which was not an easy task but works perfectly!
