Thank you so much for this mod .
I have printed this and is now using it on my newly upgraded Bear I3mk3 machine and have made a mixed version of the Y-belt holder (Prusa original adjustable one and the one form RH_Dreams ) this works perfectly in conjunction and it is really nice to see that the heatbed no longer is being skewed due to having the one heatbed bearing being used as an endstop .

I'm happy to hear that you liked it. Also thank you very much for taking the time to post your make!

Since you have done the design, It would be really great if you would explain more. You say it crashes into the y belt holder...but there are loads of y belt holders, and they have different sizes/ shapes etc.

Which part of the belt holder does it collide with?

Please could you at least link the actual y belt holder you are using so I can analysis it to get critical dimension off?

Cheers

Hi,
I think most of the info you are seeking is already in my description.
There I mention:
"I'm using this in conjunction with zbrozek's y-belt holder and tensioner. Which is also a great design and is working flawless."
I have even linked to this belt holder as a remix.

The two partes which collide to detect the end position are the upper part of my motor mount (which I added) and the part of the belt holder which is in contact with the y-carriage (and holds the screws which attach the beltholder to the carriage).

Hope this helps.
