I'm guessing this won't work with sleeved cards?

Nope, it's a pretty snug fit as is, didn't have sleeves to design around.

This is pretty awesome! It's just the kind of game enhancement I like (and want to design!). It fixes an admittedly minor annoyance, but it smooths out the game play making it even more fun. (Too bad it doesn't fix in the box, but that would require magic.)

FYI, the tolerances are a little too tight for the stats cards (on the left) and some of the ability slots (specifically, the first one). It's difficult for me to slide the cards in/out

I tried printing at 102% (uniform), and the cards can slide in, but the portrait card moves too much.

I'm going to try printing at 101% and see if that helps.

I'm printing on a CR-10s Pro with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers.

I made some updates to increase the card clearance and made the wall thickness a multiple of 0.4mm. Character card spot remains unchanged. Let me know how it this prints for you. V2 is now uploaded. Feel free to post a make.

Hey thanks for the update! It seems to have helped, but there are still some slots that are tough to slide the card into.

I found that scaling the z-axis (upwards, out of the holder) by 110% helped a LOT for the previous version.

At work now; I have a bunch of makes that I can post later

I did want the fit to be a little tight just so the cards wouldn't easily fall out
