This an awesome design!! Please make one for microswiss hotend and volcano hotend <3 This will change the game for CR10 owners everywhere!!

the BLTOUCH separator is not OK because there is no space for it , because of the fan holder . can you please test it

AND FOR THE BLTOUCH ?? is possible to mount ?

I Add Bltouch mount - please test it .

have you added the Stepper_Motor_Seperatore_thin ? because i can not understand where to install it...

between the stepper motor to the BMG - I will test it in few hours and will report .

Please add a photo thanks

Possible to modify for Volcano? If you'd send the STEP files I'd be happy to make the changes and post a remix. Thanks

send me your email

Very good plan, thank you! I built and disassembled the Ender 3, but the print head hangs in the x direction from the desk as the head has been pushed forwards. What do I do with it?

I didn't try it on ender 3, Can you picture where exactly is the problem?

Did you try lower the Z axis switch?
I dont have under 3 so its hard for me to find solution :(

The z-axis switch is OK, I have set it. There is a problem with the y-axis. The nozzle came up because of the plastic grip and therefore hanged from the bed!

You should set the Y offset in order the printer will know about that 16mm gap

Thanks for the reply! Did you have to change the y offset?

No - becuse I have cr-10 so I have spare gap.

how does it hold up with all that weight on the front hanging off like that doesn't it put a lot of stress on the wheels and belt? Looks like a Pursa extruder set up and while those work great on pursa they have the dual linear arms to support it.

Total weight is about 220 grams with pancake stepper motor.
This setup is rock solid and print quality is lot better .
It bondtech extruder with (just the colling fan is compatible with Prusa cooling fan.
