1 carriage (higher about 5mm than the original by Nystao)
3 spacer for wheels (stock spacer are too long)
1 bottom (same as the Nystao version)
1 right belt holder (same as the Nystao version)
1 left belt holder (shorter than the original)
1 BLTouch support (optionnal)
Of course, need 3 Vslot wheels and some M3 CHC screw and nut.
Re-uses stock screws for wheels.
As you can see in the picture, you have to modifiy Marlin or other firmware :
X offset : -32
Y offset : -12
I didn't test the B option (left belt holder from Nystao) with this carriage : I don't know if it's compatible with the modified X end stop. A feedback would be appreciated if you test it ;)
Tested only with the X endstop at its original position.
