Size standard = 16mm height
Size 32 = 32mm height
Size 32XL = 32mm height but double width (width = 2 columns).
A box of 2 colums standard width will be as wide as a box 32XL with 1 column, so they can be stacked!
I found out the same issue that is linked to the height of the drawers. Printing 5% smaller may lead to drawers not wide enough but I would say this needs to be tests, I'm really interrested in your feedback !
I recently tested by reducing the height of the drawers by 0.5mm and it fits nicely.
For other prints that do not fit, I had to use a cutter to remove some layers of material on top of the drawers to gain these 0.5mm.
Very cool! I might print some myself someday. One comment: if you use the 'custom box' checkbox in the customizer, you can set the final dimensions of the box and the customizer will calculate appropriate drawer sizes based on your settings. That way you wouldn't have to calculate the drawer sizes manually. However, I realize this comment comes a bit late for you ;)

Is "Size 32XL" == "Size 64"?

I ve printed one of these but the drawers very hardly fit in the box.
I think I will try another print for the drawers reducing the overall model size in cura by say 5% and see if the fit is better.
Any one else had the same issue?

OK, I have reduced to size by just 1% ie 99% of the original and it fits fine.
I have also tried it with ABS which seems to be more tolerant in terms of size and 99% is also good.
