did not work for me :(, thanks anyways!

it doesn't always work for me either, not 100% sure why. just try changing resolution/duration and so on until it works.
Hope this helps,

I had a big motivation factor ... keeping piece in the house. :-) The tray system IS a lot of work though. 7hrs of print per tray and I think I have 7 trays. The bad part about that is that it ties up the printer for printing small fun Things ... like your zip ties. :-)

Love your approach! KISS is the best!

In regards to your rats nest, may I suggest my Thing to get your wires under control

Computer wire tray

Thanks for the nice words! :)
Haha, sadly the issue with the rats-nest is not that i don't have ways of resolving it, but the user being lazy ;) But thank you for the suggestion regardless, I'm sure someone reading these comments will find it useful :)

Are the sizes in the test gage just the width of my filament?

Yes and no, the sizes are the modeled hole size, but when you print it, you will probably have to use a larger hole, since 3d-printers ate not 100% accurate.
I have to print mine in 2.1mm to make a 1.75mm filament fit well.
