I redesigned the nozzle for this fan duct. The problem with the last iteration is that the 40mm fan doesn't create enough air pressure to direct the air towards all the small exits, so the fan duct was really not very efficient.
The fan duct still uses the original mounting technique, as it is a very effective way of mounting.
Orient the fan duct on the face where you mount the fan, in simplify3D you can rotate it a -135 degress on the X-axis.
Also it is very important to print the mounting bracket, as it is the only way to mount this fan.
Print this fan duct, and the mounting bracket. If you are upgrading from the last design, you only have to print the fan duct, as the mounting bracket is still exactly the same, and is reusable.
4 x 15.5mm long M3 screws
2 x 11.5mm long M3 screw
4 x M3 nuts (Nut holes are designed 7mm gap across)
(I mounted the fan using only 2x 15.5mm M3 screws)
(2 x 11.5mm screws are a must, as without them you can't mount the fan duct)
(Nuts aren't required as the holes are designed to be a little small so the screws should just tap themselves)
