Multiple File Hole Test Calibration Prints
I have creates multiple test holes for easy calibration/tolerance testing, I created these as I didnt want to spend hours printing a full set of holes but only print the sizes as i needed them, I also made different sets based on uses, 0.5mm and 1mm steps are much more usefull than most 0.1mm.
The files come in 3 sets 0.1mm 0.5mm and 1mm steps.
If you would like any other sizes let me know and I will get this made for you (10 holes per print max size of 10mm).
Each print contains text of the sizes and a 4mm hole for attaching to a keyring/chain.
The number in brackets is the size of the steps [N].
Print the files with the same settings tht you will be printing the main files this way you will have exact sizes needed.
for example you want to print a hole for a 3mm LED to fit, print off the 3-3.9mm file then test fit the LED in each hole until you find the right fit you want (snug, loose, tight) lets say that the right fit on the test is 3.2mm, in your model make the holes for the LEDs 3.2mm and then when you print the file off every hole will be the right size.
If you dont want to spend a lot of time printing or want to save filament I would suggest printing out the 0.5mm step files, this will give you a good range, Then when you need a 0.1mm step file print them as needed

All of this was made because i lost my current hole guide and i needed a better solution to what was available to me.
