Work in progress! I will post pictures of the finished product after I print one and glue it together.
This is a holder for the Hardy brand (Harbor Freight) Nitrile Gloves 9mil. It should accept the Hardy Brand 7 mil and 5 mil boxes also. I built this to bolt to the side of my tool box, to hold the box of 9 or 7 mil gloves in a handy location and get the loose box out of my tool box drawers where they were taking up space.
My 1st version was all one piece, 130mm tall, and printed vertical, but for some reason my slicer did not like that. . The 2nd version was 130mm tall and had a one piece back plate and a front section just like these, and printed back down or face down. But it was a little short, so I increased the height to 150mm tall. So then the one piece back plate was too big to print on my printer bed. So I made it smaller 50mm tall with only one hole, and now you need to print 2 of them. They will print faster and use less plastic. Then the back pieces get glued on to the front section, one at the bottom and one at the top. I glue the thicker part at the bottom or the top. The next version I added some hex shaped holes to make it lighter and use less plastic.
The V4 front piece i print with perimeter +1 shell, 20 or 25% infil and it uses 27.8m of filament. 2x of the back piece use 10.9 m of filament 1.75mm)
