Are the X-ends in any way different from the regular Bear X-ends?

Sorry I don't understand your question, you have to use the Bear X ends with this thing.

Hello, I am trying to print the x end motor mount but the 8mm holes for the rods are just too tight. I am printing with PLA not PETG though.

In fact all holes, slots and gap fittings are too tight.

Any suggestions?

Since PLA shrinks more then PETG, you may have to scale it up a bit. Try printing out some calibration items, and measure them. I highly recommend printing with PETG, as this will be through quite a bit on the printer. Good luck.

Any chance you can update this or the git so the fusion files match the current carriage with the nub. Would you be so kind as to include the carriage back as well please. Thanks kindly for the work; I'm enjoying the extruder upgrade thus far.

You are not opening the correct file. The X carriage is design in two files. One is a base carriage on which I derive carriage for MK3S, MK2.5S and Bondtech. Once you have uploaded the F3Z to Fusion 360, load the file bondtech_x_carriage_mk3

I just received my Sunon MF40100V1-1000U-G99 fan, but it didn't come terminated like the Noctua fan did. Recommendations? I've got the soldering skills if necessary, just don't know what to use

All3DMakers has the pigtail (the end wires with the connector to the Einsy board).

Along with Greg's kit and other needed parts.

You should call this, the BearTech extruder

Very good work! I have a BMG extruder and a Prusa Clone, and I am going to upgrade to Bear Prusa with all your parts.

Is it possible to install BLTouch sensor?

Regards

You should search on thingiverse if someone did a modification for the Bondtech extruder. I have not seen one yet but did not search for it.

Not yet, I have searched it but I don't find any project to include BLTouch sensor.
Which file do I need to modify to include it ( I am noob with STL design, but I can try it)

To make it at the same place as the current Pinda you need to modify the Bondtech extruder. It is SLS printed so you might need some time to make it first printable on FDM.

Here is the Github from Bondtech: https://github.com/BondtechAB/Bondtech_Prusa_i3

Sunon MF40100V1-1000U-G99 is always out of stock.

Does the Sunon MF40100V1-1000U-A99 work?

Better to check for Delta ASB0405HHA-AF00
