So, who has had a toilet seat that has supports that don't match up with the bowl, causing it to slip off the support whenever you...lean to one side? This can be more than annoying and slightly scary, it can eventually break the hinge of the seat.
I designed this fix in 5 minutes. I measured my support. Drew a slot with the same dimensions, offset that slot, and extruded it to the same height as the supports. My measurements were so good that the finished print pushed tightly over the stock seat support. No glue was needed.
I don't have any white filament so I printed in silver metal. I am a bachelor and really don't care about looks, besides it makes for a better picture to show you guys. If I cared I would have printed it in white, and I would probably modify the shim with a nice fillet but again, I don't care! Lol
If you have a different sized support, or if you want this re-designed somehow to fit your needs throw me a message and I will design one for you... And if you got anything you need designed for you just get in touch and we will get it done.
