My second Thingiverse "Thing" which is just a remix of Worlds6440's simple and effective door catch. Remixed because I wanted rounded ends on the female part and had a need for various different stand-off lengths etc. Plus I had a spare couple of hours and wanted to play with OpenSCAD again!
I had been thinking about a (different and overly-complicated) solution to the new puppy having developed an appetite for our existing rubber door wedges when I came across Worlds6440's approach. I created a new OpenSCAD version and made it fully parametric with Customizer support (just because).
The seperate .STL files are for various sizes that I've printed and seem to work okay but using Customizer or especially OpenSCAD you can change just about everything I could imagine needing changed (sizes, tolerance, force required to open etc.).
Hope it's of some use if the original doesn't suit for whatever reason.
The standoff arm is simple and might benefit from a design adjustment for strengthening purposes but I'm going to see how this one holds out for now.

I used PLA+ for mine, I'm sure others with more printing experience than me can figure what works best.
I printed with 30% infill and 0.2 layers, neither of which likely to be too critical. Use your own judgement and experiment with settings, these print pretty quickly anyway.
