What is the best way to print the cap ? (position, kind of supports...)

I'd suggest to have the threads face the print bed. There was no easy way to do this unless messing with lots of the features.
There is a version from @codiac2600 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3463618) which should print easier - he changed the features a lot more to accomplish this.

Bondtech Prusa Extruder Reverse Bowden

I am wondering the same thing, my guess is that this will require ugly supports. Question is, from the bottom or top. Likely flipping it over, top down, with supports is my guess. I will have to print it a few ways to see what works best. I hate supports!

Bondtech Prusa Extruder Reverse Bowden

Heck yes! I just ordered my Bondtech extruders after their announcement for the Mk3s, but I'm a big reverse bowden user. This is perfect timing, thank you!

Glad you like it and thanks for the tip. Tell me if you need some changes made.
