Well, I did intend to wait until I got my S upgrade kit before installing this because I will need to do some dismantling then anyway. I have not yet received this so it is still unproven. What I can say however is that there is nothing to indicate that it shouldn't work. Both parts of this mashup is taken from Prusa's original parts and I have confirmed that all the holes lines up on the part (just importing all 3 parts in a 3D viewer and placing them all on top of each other. the MK2 and this part matches perfectly on the hole placement, with only the adjustable part altered. The adjustable part of the mount is tested and proven on the MK3. I will update as soon as I have received the upgrade kit.

As stated before, I take no credit for the design, I only copied one part of one mount and pasted it onto a different mount. It should work =)

I dont know what went wrong. I printed this with my other Mk2.5S parts. Dimensions were fine, but for some reason, my old linear bearings and new misumi bearings went right trough :o No way it could be used. Had to use old one to finish upgrade.. Every other part from that patch were just fine.

It might sound like you have some under extrusion going on? I did a test fit just now with some old bearings and they fit just like they are supposed to do. You could fix this by doing some calibration of the printer, or you could just change the xy size compensation in slic3r.

edit: You could also try to take some tape around the bearings to widen them a little. There is no force applied to the bearings so as long as they don't move out by themselves it should be fine I think
