So this is the Full-Sized LED-Illumined LOGO Signage for local Junction (347 Keele and Dundas) Venue where you can often find me doing Karaoke, tearing it up with challengers on gaming consoles and consuming locally sourced Ciders.
Printed two! One in Translucent PLA and another Phosphorescent Green PLA

2% Linear Infill at 45 Degrees
3 Perimeter Shells for Top and Sides with no solid Bottom layer (light boxes have no top layer either)
Printed 7 of the 4" (101.6mm) tall lightboxes and 3 of them (stretched to the 7" height required) for the actual logo itself portion
.3mm Brim is all that is required if settings are correct and you either have a heated bed or a sticky/taped surface.
Adhesives, Sanding, Painting, Sealant
Slight Sanding with 200 grit paper for adhesion and surface area where necessary for paint or fastening. Zero mechanical fasteners used.
Adhesives used are water-resistant and Exterior-Grade for the Great Canadian climate.
Exterior-Grade version painted in enamel and polyurethane sealant.
All components sourced locally, and or hand-fashioned in The Junction community of Keele-Dundas, Toronto, Canada aside from the 1.75mm PLA Filament which was supplied by Amazon.CA

Corel Draw is one of my favourite design suites, and first had to download the Bladerunner Font, then add the changes to the lettering accordingly such as the left leg of the letter "A".
Once traced nearly to 300dpi pixel-to-pixel accuracy, the wireframe was exported to FreeCad where it was extruded in height, and then imported into Flashprint with the slants to the "waves" in this logo and curvature to the Eye.
The Light Boxes/Brackets and 12 Volt Green LED Housing has open sides for ventilation (even though it's only 5Watt) and was designed in Corel Draw and FreeCAD,
12v 5watt diodes are attached to the LED Positive terminal, and can even be powered by a single (or doubled-in series) 9 Volt battery. GEEK MEDIA supplied 12Volt 2Amp AC adapter included.
