Hallo, i just printed it, the top half fit near perfect, and buttom is a bit to high, but i think it can easy be cut away to fit perfect.
I printed it on an flashforge adventurer 3, and i did not use supports, raft or brim, and it came out nice. I printed in PLA.
I would also ask if i may change the design in your file?
thank you for this design :) was very satisfying to slide the phone into the upper half

MartinGosvig,

Thanks for your appreciation, this also works well in TPU and will be uploading a new .stl and .gx file for that. Could you please post photos of your make and click the 'made one' icon? Id be interested to see how well it went without supports, especially over the cover for the bulged area near the FLIR. Have to agree with you on the sliding function, most cases dont do that and with some of these filaments such as Carbon Fiber and Nylon you really get a durable case, for an already extremely rugged device. If you'd like permission to improve it, let me just change the share license, honestly didnt think anyone would make one. :)

I will take a picture before assembly and after assembly, i plan on glueing the two halfes together when cut to fit.
Actually i am a novice, just got my first printer in april and have not played with cad for about 15 years, so i would like your permission to change the file, but if i am able to is another topic ;)
But i was very impressed how well it bridged the holes in the sides.
What i would make on it was things like text in the back, and maybe make the sides beafier and with holes for like stainless rods ( rods would maybe render the phone rather useless, but the big screen are susceptible to damage.
Maybe do the two part so it could be screewed together for removing instead of glueing.
but again i need to learn to use fusion 360.

And the S60 is a very underplayed phone, i am working in construction ( plumbing and roofing ) and the flir i have used so many times to find pipes, hot wires, bad isolation and trouble shoot floor heating etc.
And i like the rugged and rough look and feel to it.. ( if to flimsy i brake it )
But i think you made a very nice design, and the fit was great so i dont know why you would not make one ;) but maybe the people with 3d printers and cat phones are a very small group :)
