Do you need to modify the gcode afterwards?

If you use Cura, for example, can change the temperatures, every 5mm, using a plugin called "ChangeAtZ".

Is there a trick to getting them all aligned?

Each block has a height of 5 mm, so place the first block with the X0 Y0 Z0 coordinates on the slicer plane, then each successive block with the same X and Y coordinates but 5 mm high ( Z ), then 10 mm then 15 mm and so on.

Wow!! I must have been spaced out. I spent way too long trying to do this with the mouse! Thanks!
