I consider myself fairly jaded as a dungeon master. Players have asked me for some crazy stuff. When a player ran this rough character idea by me for another DM's table, I couldn't help but laugh. I immediately offered to remix a custom miniature.
Meet the Awakened Pug Bard Pugnacious B, or PugB to his friends. PugB mastered the Kazoo through gracious training from his deaf mentor. PugB frequently performs the war chants and lore songs of his people. PugB wanders the countryside spreading slobber and happiness wherever he goes.
PugB is ever vigilant against his baleful foes: the shifty nut rats. Some day soon PugB hopes learn the spell spider climb, so as to finally take the fight to the nut rat's leafy treetop lair.

This mini is intentionally oversized to sit on a 1" base. If you prefer a more realistic scale in your fantasy game, scale this mini down by 50%. I don't recommend this. The kazoo and brim of the fedora are already very small detail at this scale.
Cura supports do not generate properly for this model when the base is flat on the build plate.
MeshMixer tree supports worked well (STL provided), but the print speed has to be reduced to avoid causing the supports to lose adhesion or break. I used 30mm/s for printing and 15mm/s for walls.
Bonus karma to the first person who posts a make of PugB in PETG.
