The file's names explained: name_1_x_10_y.stl is 1 : x * 10y. So _1_6_10_7 is 1:600000000 or one in 60 million.
The Moon, Earth's moon, or just Luna, is the only stable natural satellite of Earth, The second brighter object seen from the Earth after the Sun, the biggest natural satellite in moon-planet ratio, and the biggest known orbiting a rocky body. Like most of the moons in the Solar System, the Moon is tidal locked with the earth, which means that is facing always the same side to its parent planet. The visible hemisphere have large low elevation, flat and dark areas knowed as mare, are the result of the deposit of lava flows. The hidden hemisphere is heavy cratered, with a disrupted relief at the south named Aitken basin, which is a crater impact with the diameter of Pluto. The Moon and its formation is also probably a mayor, if not the main, factor in the success of life on Earth. It has the sufficient mass to hold the axial tilt of Earth perpendicular enought to the orbit plane to make the temperature constant. It was recently postulated that when the proto-Earth was impacted by a Mars sized protoplanet, from which scratch the Moon was accreted, the impact help to drift the volatile compounds necessary for the life (Nitrogen, Carbon and Sulfur) from the mantle up to the primitive surface.
