The Robot V is a 13" toy/model kit of "Johnny Five," the robotic leading character from the 1986 movie, "Short Circuit."
Robot V was designed by Mike Van Plew & Thomas "wizojoz" Jozwiak in 2009, and manufactured in China. Less than 1000 units were ever made. It is the only publicly available action figure of J5. The toy was/is injection molded, so some of these parts will seem a bit strange.
This is NOT a replica of the movie prop. This is a unique design by Mike Van Plew; I only drew it up. As such, this is for NON-COMMERCIAL uses only! However, I encourage everyone to freely make modifications and add-ons for this guy! I'd love to see them!

Here are the screw sizes that came with the original toy. Bear in mind these were measured with calipers, and like the toy itself, the screws came from China.
4x Pan Head Machine Screw M2.5 x 22mm
Used for the elbows and fingers along with a hex nut. Cut to length.
2x Pan Head Self-Tapping (pointed end) Screw M2 x 8mm
Used to connect both neck rods to the upper torso.
8x Pan Head Thread-Forming Screw M2.5 x 7mm
Used on the back of the biceps, to connect the caster spindle to the cradle base, for the battery door, and in the two front-most holes on the bottom of the cradle base.
18x Pan Head Thread-Forming Screw M2.8 x 8mm (This one may be an M3 but was manufactured undersized?)
Used everywhere else.
3x Washer Head Thread-Forming Screw M2.6 x 6mm (This one may be an M2.5 but was manufactured oversized?)
Used to connect the neck column to the neck block and where the track drives interface with the cradle base.
4x Machine Screw Hex Nut M2.5
Used with the M2.5 x 22mm machine screws for the elbows and fingers.
