in what direction do they have the
Platsa_Bowden_M6_Left printed? would not know how to print without support

Place the top side (where the M6 bowden fitting is screwed in) onto the buildplate. The only overhang you get is inside the whole, but it won't be a problem.

Thanks for the design, really nice parts
I added a spool holder that will fit larger spools inside the cabinet.

Platsa spool holder 2600 g spools

Hello !
Thanks a lot for this design, it's really really great !
I'm not using parts of it because it doesn't fit my needs but it gives me a lot of inspiration for what I'm trying to do :)

I have a question for you, how do you manage the PSU ? Do you keep it inside ?
I did a print yesterday with the PSU inside and it became really really hot.
I was wondering it you put it outside and if yes how :)

Thanks !

I'm using the Meanwell LRS 350 PSU inside. It has an active fan and gets fairly warm on top, but not too hot.
I only reach 40°C inside the enclosure (PETG, 85°heatbed), should be fine for all components...

One question, what diameter is the cap mount for the spool holder ?

By any chance would you be able to make a bowden mount for the right side instead of the left side ?

Thanks :)

The diameter of the spool holder cap is 50mm.
And i just added bowden mounts for left and right side and M6 and M10 thread. ;)

Thanks !!

I meant the screww size in fact, my bad... M6 or M8 it seems ?

Thanks for this work ! Quick question... the reverse bowden mount seems to be M4 or M6, not M10, right ? Thanks !

You are right, it is M6. Sorry! Let me just update the description...

Thanks for the update... by any chance would you be able to make a M10 version please ? The other side of my bowden is this one : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2823965 so I'd like to keep some consistency in the parts if possible :)

I'm looking into editing the STEP file but I'm not comfortable with FreeCAD or F360 (yet) :)

Prusa MK3 and MK2s Reverse Bowden System V2.0

No problem, i just added the M10 version of the bowden mount. It is called Platsa_BowdenMount_M10.stl

Great, thanks a lot !

Hello, I see an ciment plate, it's very heavy. is there an issue or it's perfect ?

You can use now the VÄRD door series (with glass) for the Platsa frames :)

I agree ! Using it and it looks perfect !

That's good news. I searched the whole ikea and measured every single glass door when i bought the frame. =D
