I love this design! I can finally actually hold my controller during SmashBros. Thank you MiddletonMade! Making a few more of these and will post my make.

That's awesome! We're so glad you enjoy our Thing. We look forward to seeing your make.

Feel free to leave us a follow for our future release of another Switch JoyCon controller.

Can you make them without the M?

Nearly all of our free designs will include some sort of branding in hopes that if you wish to have something designed for you in the future, you will see our logo and remember where to go. Thank you for your question.

This looks awesome! Thanks for this model! Just wondering though, why it's not designed to hold the slide-on connector bar so that you can play with "proper" L and R buttons? The buttons underneath the slide-on connector are so tiny, even for my tiny hands. Going to give it a go regardless :) Thanks in advance!

Hey there emeliejames,
I designed this around controllers that didn't have the slide on bar installed nor was I aware this was a thing. Maybe in the future, I'll get my hands on a couple and make a revision for everyone.

If you did in fact print my design, I'd love to see your "Make"

Did you ever get around to designing one that would fit the slide on bar? Of all the joycon models Iv'e seen browsing Thingiverse, I like the look of yours the best. But I need to be able to use that slide on button bar. I have no idea how to go about patching up the model myself. :)

Hey there,

I haven't gotten around to it just yet. I do, however, have a few plans to design a few more controllers and even a stand for the switch. We do now have the bumpers in our possession so the next revision will have these accommodations.
