Can the factory auto leveling be adapted to this design?

I agree, for this to be even more useful factory autolevel sensor, or bltouch should be integrated. I cant use it unless it works with a bltouch. My goal is Titan Aero / Volcano / BLTouch ..... this is close, but not quite there.

I am now using your setup - you are brilliant! Thank you! But I have two small questions:

  1. When mounted with the Volcano, the back channels are much closer to the nozzle - so the center of common air flow is a bit front and left of the nozzle (I did the water test). Is it the same for you? Is there a way to change?

  2. When mounting the double 5015s, air is blowing very strong. If I go over 40% my nozzle looses temperature (and I get a thermal error). Is it the same for you?

Los tornillos que van en el bloque 1 y la barra siempre se me aflojan, no se pueden ajustar los tornillos no dejan de girar :(

No sé a cuales te refieres. ¿Has puesto en el bloque 1 las dos tuercas?

Me refiero a los dos tornillos que sujetan el bloque 1 al riel del eje X, estoy usando los mismos tornillos que trae la impresora, probaré comprando otros mas largos.

Ahh claro. No usé los mismos tornillos. Por eso puse un enlace para comprar tornillos en aliexpress.

jaja bueno. sirve para el v5 (con un cutter) pero justo yo lo que buscaba era mucha presión de aire (y eso sólo lo da el 5015)

A que te refieres con un cutter?...he descargado el bantamount para volcano v6+ y le hace al v5 solo tuve que bajar un poco la base pero la verdad no veo mucha diferencia y tarde mucho en hacerlo, quisiera probar tu versión ya que justo necesito una buena ventilación porque muchos de mis trabajos tienen esos voladizos y ángulos de la muerte.

pues me refiero a que cuando hice el diseño lo hice para que cogiese el cabezal de un V6. el cual tiene tamaño diferente (en altura) en la parte de arriba. A ver si tengo tiempo y modifico la pieza. Es sólo medir y subir de nuevo pero estoy bastante liado

de que forma conectaste los dos blowers de 12v, en serie verdad? alguna recomendación, has tenido algún problema?

would you mind to make the right side air intake to be mirrored, so that the fan can take the air from the outside rather than from the heatsink? thanks for the design:)

although it takes the air from that side. It is very far from the heatsink. In fact if you use the 40mm fan you will see that the heatsink is cold. If I rotated it would cost me to align the air flow well

hi, i have modified it for the stock heatsink, with the original steel throat mount, because i had trouble with pla/abs mount that broken when screwed to the carriage. question, where should the air blows? on mine it feels like a portion hit the heatblock, and the rest pointing below the nozzle around 5mm. result was i had so much hairy string.
my retraction setting is 4.8mm distance and 60mms for the speed. lower speed isnt working for me.

Do you have a link for the mount of the "mini-board" that collects all the signals from the main board?

would it be better to use ABS or PETG to print this? which file should i print for 2 fan and stock hotends?

I printed it on pla. but in petg it is surely better. you need all except the hotend fan

So not needed is v6 disipador 40mm? Btw how to do the double fan wiring ( Parallel or serial )? + on + and - on - or +-+-? Thanks a lot :D ive been looking for fan fang design for chiron for cooling part and thia is very awesome :D

If you have a 40mm fan for the best v6 :).
The configuration of fans can be:

  1. 1-24v
  2. 1-12v lowering the voltage.
  3. 2-24v in parallel
  4. 2-12v in series
