cool;
what is avarage temp while printing and cabinet top fans always working or automatic when needed, last one what about noise :)

How do you print ABS if you have two fans venting fumes to atmosphere? Are you filtering the air somehow?

I like the enclosure, just not sure if I want to find a server rack cabinet or a third lack table and do this myself, but I like your idea and design.

Please remove at least the psu from the enclosure

It doesn't need to be removed. There is a thermostatically controlled 120mm fan system built into the cabinet. It has settled around 27-28C with the bed heated and printer running for hours. It never goes over 30C even with the central heating going full blast in the house. Plus the intake fan airflow runs over the PSU case. The PSU is always cold to the touch.

Hi There convertcarl.

firstly your enclosure looks amazing and very well though tout

sorry to hijack this post and comment but im building a slimier enclosure to your self and are planning on adding two exhaust fans to the top on my enclosure to keep the ambient temp inside the enclosure some what the same as if it wasn't in a box. there for im just wondering if the two fans that you have on your are both taking the air out or the enclosure rather that bringing it in am i correct? or is one exhaust and one intake. Also would you be so kind to provide any details or how you temperature controlled your fans and what trigger temp did you set you controller to, as in the temp that the fans turn on and off. thank you very much. and thank you for posting this thing on here it looks ace.

Can you provide the source of the cabinet? Would be awesome to have the parts list for how you made it in total as the parts available would only work for your specific build.

Have you read the PDF in the files? Most of the required info is in there. Including the part numbers of the cabinet and how I got it. Should have everything you need :)

Thanks I will take a look
