Thanks Creator Ender3D for the adapter. It did nice job. I wire my new fans in series and avoid hassle with soldering and buck converters. Much simpler solution.
Also I made video tutorial with step by step how to do whole upgrade with Noctua fans and change all 3 fans in the printer case. I also compare noise level with DB meter before and after. After fans upgrade I monitor whole setup under the max load with thermal camera and did small but important mod to the solid state relay.
Here is the video.

P.S. I would be nice if you could make one more adapter for motherboard to fit 40x20mm fan. So that both case and motherboard fan can be identical. Wiring in series would be perfect match. Both fans would had the same voltage and RPM sense they would have same resistance.

Hey, did you get the bolt sizes inverted in the description? I printed the 40 x 40mm version. The description says:

Fan secures to the mount with (2) 4x12mm bolts.
Attach the mount to the factory mounting posts with (1)3x12mm bolt.

Good catch. Thanks!

Please make at 40 x 40mm version also :-)

40x40 version added. Not printed or tested as I am feeling too lazy to tear my printer open again.

Just attempted installing this today. My bottom cover hits the fan when mounted in this bracket. I ensured it was pressed all the way down on the posts, but I am about 5-6mm too tall compared to the base of the printer frame.

I just modeled up a different one that places the fan lower. Thanks for the inspiration, though. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3405357

CR-10S Pro Mainboard Fan Mount 50mm & 40mm

Sure wish this was uploaded before I did all the upgrades. Now I have to take it back apart. Thanks for the upload!

Would have done it sooner, but I only got my Pro last week. LOL
